Scheels All Sports, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate at our Overland Park, KS store. You will greet customers, provide personalized service, and promote Scheels Visa while growing your personal sales.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience. Flexibility to work 9a.m.–9p.m. on Mon–Sat and Sundays 10a.m.–6p.m. is required; average hours ~25 per week. Benefits include ESOP, 401(k) with Roth options, discounts, and comprehensive health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Deliver exceptional service by identifying needs and promoting products and the Scheels Visa.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following sales standards.
• Maintain a positive end-user experience with products and merchandising.
• Support team with freight processing and inventory restocking.
• Operate the computer and handheld inventory scanner; participate in trainings.
