Qualifications

Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively.
Ability to work extended periods standing or walking, up to 4 hours.
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
Follow floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation standards.
Promote programs like loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
Adhere to safety, loss-prevention policies and SOPs; protect company information.
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe and respected.
Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach across the store.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
