Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking up to 4 hours.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lift.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising standards, floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and operating procedures; maintain confidentiality.
• Support team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
