You will uphold merchandising and presentation standards, follow safety and loss-prevention policies, and contribute to creating an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; protect company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Contribute to a team effort and adapt to a fast-paced store environment; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
