Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, credit enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Provide support across the store as needed by management.
