Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is looking for a store teammate to help create an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand their needs and assist with product selection.

You will follow merchandising standards, participate in price changes and inventory replenishment, and promote loyalty program enrollment, warranty sales, and private label credit card sign-ups. You will support safety policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, signage, and inventory accuracy.
