Qualifications

• Candidates should have good people skills.
• Ability to identify color shades and tones.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories and check for flaws.
• Hang and tag quality donations quickly per standards and targets.
• Maintain a neat, ready-to-work processing area and follow safety policies.
• Assist customers and donors with courtesy as per agency guidelines.
• Adhere to Donated Goods Retail MODE guiding principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
