Responsibilities include sorting, QA checks for flaws, and maintaining a neat work area to meet daily production targets. The role is full-time with hourly compensation of $13.40 and the organization’s inclusive mission guidance.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to greet donors and customers.
• Ability to recognize color shades and item quality.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories.
• Hang and tag donations according to standards and targets.
• Check items for Tears, stains, smell, soil, and missing parts.
• Maintain a clean, ready work area for the next shift.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with team.
