Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking an Apparel Processor in North Olmsted, OH. The role involves sorting, tagging, and hanging donated apparel while upholding quality standards and strong customer service at the donation flow.

The position is full-time with hourly pay and benefits; you will contribute to a mission-driven team focused on community support and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Good people skills.
• Ability to identify different shades and tones of color.
• Computer experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.
• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories; check for flaws (tears, stains, smell, soil, broken zippers, missing buttons).
• Hang and tag donations quickly per agency standards, aiming to meet production targets.
• Keep the processing area neat and ready for the next shift.
• Embody DGR MODE Guiding Principles.
• Follow all safety policies; address safety concerns with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
