Qualifications

• Good people skills required.
• Ability to identify different shades and tones of color.
• Computer experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories, ensuring quality.
• Hang and tag donations quickly while meeting production targets.
• Check for tears, stains, wetness, odor, soil, broken zippers and missing buttons.
• Maintain a neat, clean processing area and support safety guidelines.
