Goodwill Industries Of Gr. Cleveland & East Central Ohio in Garfield Heights is hiring part-time retail associates to sort, hang, and tag quality apparel and domestic donations, while upholding customer service standards by greeting and thanking customers and donors.

You will stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points, perform quality checks for flaws, and tag items quickly to meet production targets in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and proactive engagement with customers and donors.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality sorting, tagging, and presentation.
• Brand knowledge to recognize current and vintage items and price points.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet production targets and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories and check for flaws (tears, stains, smells, etc.).
• Hang and tag quality donations quickly while adhering to standards.
• Maintain a neat, clean processing area and be ready for the next shift.
• Uphold agency policies, participate in duties as assigned.
