Goodwill Industries Of Gr. Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring retail associates in Middleburg Heights to sort, hang, and tag apparel and domestic donations while upholding quality standards.

You will greet donors and customers and deliver friendly service per agency procedures. Responsibilities include knowing brand names and price points, sorting items for sale, ensuring items are flaw-free, and maintaining an orderly processing area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.
• Ability to sort and QA items for sale, ensuring items are flaw-free.
• Ability to maintain neat processing area and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Sorts apparel into salable and salvage categories. Provides quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wetness, smell, soiled, broken zippers, and missing buttons.
• Hangs and tags quality donations quickly, according to agency standards, while meeting or exceeding individual production targets.
• Always maintain the processing area in a neat and clean condition. The station should always be ready for the next shift.
• Embodies DGR MODE Guiding Principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
