Qualifications

• Apparel knowledge including current and vintage items and price points.
• Ability to sort apparel by quality and category.

Responsibilities

• Stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.
• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories and perform quality checks for tears, stains, wetness, odor, soil, broken zippers, and missing buttons.
• Hang and tag quality donations quickly in line with agency standards and meet or exceed production targets.
• Keep the processing area neat and ready for the next shift.
• Demonstrate DGR MODE Guiding Principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
