Qualifications

• Knowledge of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.
• Quality assurance: check for tears, stains, moisture, odor, soil, broken zippers, missing buttons; ensure items are flaw-free.
• Ability to sort into salable vs salvage and follow agency standards while keeping work area neat.

Responsibilities

• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories and ensure items are flaw-free.
• Hang and tag quality donations quickly according to agency standards and targets.
• Maintain a neat, ready-to-work processing area for the next shift.
• Demonstrate the DGR MODE Guiding Principles and perform other duties as assigned.
