Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandiser for in-store presentation and styling. The role focuses on dressing mannequins, arranging displays, and maintaining brand-compliant visuals to attract shoppers.

You will work hands-on in stores, ensuring styling accuracy and timely merchandising deliverables. The position is part-time with varying project hours; reliable travel to different stores is required, and you will report via the Winston App on a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling).
• A portfolio of work is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability.
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device.
