Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will style mannequins, organize displays, and ensure presentations reflect brand identity to attract shoppers.

The role involves hands-on merchandising in stores, with project-based hours and a pay rate of $18-$22 per hour. Reporting via the Winston App on smartphones is required, and flexibility to work across multiple locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field.
• Experience working with mannequins and styling.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with brand standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising needs with store management.
• Work independently across multiple store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines for store visits and deliverables.
• Submit visit reports with photos using the Winston App.
• Report using mobile devices as required.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for shifts.
