Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers.

Working hands-on in stores, you'll be responsible for styling mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. Experience with planograms and visual directives is essential; you will report via the Winston App on

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising or related field preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling).
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• A portfolio of work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team members and store management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports, including before and after photos and feedback, using the Winston App on a smart device.
• Smartphones are required for reporting: IOS: iPhone 11+; Android: 2020+ with OS within four versions of latest.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
