Job summary

Winston Retail seeks a passionate Retail Merchandising Specialist to bring fashion to life in-store. You will style mannequins, ensure displays reflect brand identity, and create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience across various locations.

Responsibilities include developing merchandising strategies, executing planograms, and reporting store visits using the Winston App. The role is project-based and requires flexibility with hours and travel to different stores.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or related field preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins and styling.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising needs with store teams and management.
• Work independently and as part of a team across different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines and ensure merchandising deliverables.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via the Winston App on a smartphone.
• Report using smartphones: iOS 11+ or Android 2020+ with up-to-date OS.
