Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail‑driven Retail Merchandising Specialist to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers by creating polished, trend‑forward displays.

You will work hands‑on in stores, style mannequins, execute planograms, and collaborate with store teams to deliver merchandising deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven apparel merchandising experience.
• Experience with mannequins and styling.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales
• Communicate merchandising needs with team members and store management
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by deadlines
• Submit store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using the Winston App on a smart device
• Smartphones are required: iOS 11+ or newer, Android 2020+ with recent OS
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift
