Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers.

Working hands-on in stores, you'll be responsible for styling mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. This independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule, project-based hours, and a competitive

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising or related field.
• Experience styling mannequins and displays.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback, using Winston App on a smartphone.
• Report via mobile devices (iOS/Android) as required.
• Coordinate monthly scheduling to meet deadlines and ensure merchandising deliverables.
