Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking an apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at store level. You will style mannequins and displays, ensure branding, and present apparel to attract shoppers.

The role is hands-on in stores with independent project-based work, needs strong time management and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reporting via Winston App on a smart device. Flexible schedule and project-based hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or related field.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling).
• A portfolio of work is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Work independently and as part of a team across stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines for store visits.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos using Winston App.
• Smartphones required: IOS iPhone 11+; Android 2020+.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
