Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. Working hands-on in stores, you’ll style mannequins and displays to reflect brand identity and create a polished shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling) is preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed on time.
• Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback via the Winston App.
