Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life in stores. You will style mannequins, create polished displays, and ensure brand identity is reflected at the point of sale.

The role is independent contractor-based with variable hours and requires reporting via the Winston App on smartphones. Candidates should be detail-oriented, with experience in visual merchandising and planograms.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising or related field preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, styling).
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback, using the Winston App on a smartphone.
• IOS: use an iPhone 11 or newer; Android: use a 2020+ device with OS not older than four versions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
