Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers.

Working hands-on in stores, you'll be responsible for styling mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. This independent contractor role offers flexible hours, a pay rate of $19–$22 per hour, and

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising preferred.
• Portfolio of work preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback, using the Winston App on a smart device.
• Smartphones reporting: iOS 11+ or newer; Android 2020+ with recent OS.
