Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers.

You will style mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. You will work hands-on in stores, delivering on merchandising strategies, scheduling, and reporting via the Winston App on mobile devices, with flexible project-based hours and a competitive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or related field.
• Experience working with mannequins and styling.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Attention to detail and creativity in displays.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback, using Winston App on a smart device.
• Smartphone reporting: IOS require iPhone 11+; Android require 2020+ device.
