You will create engaging shopping experiences, manage scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards, and collaborate with leadership to meet business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Apparel department, coaching teammates and driving sales.
• Deliver engaging shopping experiences and ensure customers feel confident in selections.
• Develop and execute plans with leadership for department priorities and budgets.
• Schedule staff, train teammates, and uphold policies and SOPs.
• Maintain a respectful store environment and lead by example.
