You will oversee field operations, staff recruitment and training, and ensure Christ-centered experiences with careful financial stewardship.

• Proven leadership and relational skills with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to field needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and consulting to prepare participants and partners.
• Coordinate trip setup and communication for assigned locations.
• Lead seven PPM trips per year and represent PPM with partners.
• Oversee local seasonal staff and ensure safety and mission standards.
• Develop and manage location partnerships and staff training.
• Support location hiring, budgeting, and expense reporting.
