Appalachia Service Project Inc. is seeking a Volunteer and Field Operations Coordinator based in Johnson City, Tennessee. The role supports programmatic operations across the East Tennessee Hub, coordinating volunteers, field logistics, and essential construction administration.

Travel to multiple sites and counties is expected, with in-office presence at least 20% for Johnson City operations. The position is full-time and exempt, with irregular hours and travel between Western North Carolina
