Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in administration, project coordination, ministry, or logistics.
• 2+ years in administrative, student support, or event/logistics coordination role preferred.
• Experience coordinating travel or large-scale group events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach students and teammates through the mission trip process.
• Coordinate mission trip logistics and finances, including travel, accommodations, and insurance.
• Build and manage trips in Managed Missions by uploading dates, documents, tasks, and resources.
