Job summary

Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking a CRNA/CAA to champion APP/physician collaboration, support system mission, and help meet patient access goals through clinical leadership and mentorship.

The role emphasizes performance coaching, APP recruitment participation, and EPIC optimization, while ensuring compliance with training and vaccination requirements to deliver high-quality anesthesia care.

Qualifications

• Required Master’s Degree in Nurse Anesthesia, Anesthesiology, or equivalent.
• Preferred Doctorate (DNP) with anesthesia specialization.
• MI RN license at hire; NBCRNA/NCCAA certs required; ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Champion APP/CHMG system mission and strategic priorities.
• Promote collaboration between APPs and physicians; assist in APP recruitment and workforce planning.
• Conduct performance/mentorship discussions and oversee APP mentorship program.
• Lead in cost-reduction initiatives and participate in financial planning.
• Coordinate EPIC optimization with APPs and ensure timely compliance training.
