Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN and APRN license in state practice.
• Active NBCRNA certification.
• Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by site/role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and operational leaders to optimize clinical practice.
• Participate in local quality improvement and workflow projects.
• Recruiting and interviewing physicians and APPs.
• Mentor APPs and coordinate onboarding at site/area of support.
• Maintain accurate, complete documentation in the EMR and ensure compliant coding/billing practices.
