Job summary

Ojas Softech is seeking a results-driven digital marketing specialist to design and manage high-performing creative assets for Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns. You will drive app installs and in-app purchases while maintaining CAC efficiency and strong ROAS.

You will collaborate with product, creative, SEO, and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with performance goals, analyze trends, and provide leadership with actionable insights for optimization, expansion, and scale.

Qualifications

Experience in B2C apps and subscription models.
Knowledge of CAC, ROAS, and LTV and cohort analysis.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with performance goals.

Responsibilities

Ideate, develop, and optimize high-performing ad creatives for Google Performance Max campaigns.
Drive mobile app installs and in-app purchases as primary objectives.
Optimize campaigns with focus on CAC efficiency and ROAS.
Create campaign assets for Meta Ads, app campaigns, affiliates, and influencer marketing.
Manage high-budget campaigns with efficient budget allocation and strong ROI.
Collaborate with creative, product, SEO, and content teams to align messaging.
Analyze creative and data trends and share actionable insights with leadership.
