Qualifications

• Must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for Nurse Practitioners, or by NCCPA for Physician Assistants.
• Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, PM&R, Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounds, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues.
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
