Qualifications
- Active U.S. license required.
- Board certification by ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN for NPs or NCCPA for PAs.
- Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Geriatric Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
- Conduct daily rounds and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and address acute/emergent issues.
- Communicate with facility staff via secure messaging as needed.
- Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
