The role supports flexible scheduling and autonomy, aided by intelligent technology and a collaborative clinical team to streamline charting and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. license and board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to work 6-hour shifts; no on-call required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounding and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and address acute/emergent issues.
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance and ensure regulatory compliance.
