Qualifications

• Active U.S. license and board certification for NP or PA.
• Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Geriatric Medicine.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounds and develop treatment plans.
• Communicate with facility staff via phone or secure messaging.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
