Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in SNFs.
• Conduct daily rounds and manage medications and treatment plans.
• Communicate with facility staff via secure messaging or calls.
• Maintain on-site attendance and ensure regulatory compliance.
