Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an early-career Territory Operations professional to support territory carving and account routing in Salesforce for the APJ region, with a structured ramp plan and strong onboarding.

You will document processes, assist automation improvements, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Revenue Strategy, and APJ field sales to understand regional coverage needs and surface opportunities across APJ countries.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or CRM-adjacent roles.
• Based in APJ region or able to maintain overlap with APJ business hours.
• Familiarity with Salesforce navigations, reports, and territories (Maps or similar) is a plus.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support territory carving and deployment in Salesforce for APJ with guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain and document territory operations processes, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Respond to account routing questions from APJ field, escalating complex cases.
• Support recurring territory reporting and ad hoc analysis for APJ sales leadership.
• Collaborate with APJ Field Sales, Sales Ops, and Revenue Strategy to improve territory processes and tools.
• Assist Sales Systems on automation improvements enabled by territory management (e.g., automated assignment).
• Help with data hygiene and enrichment for APJ accounts using RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, Openprise across APJ markets.
• Document questions and gaps from day-to-day work for systematic addressing.
