Job summary

ClickHouse seeks a Senior People Operations Partner to be the primary strategic partner for leaders and employees across the APJ region. The role blends regional partnership, program support, operational excellence, and risk management to ensure scalable people programs aligned with company policies.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and People teams to drive organizational effectiveness and compliance, bridging global strategies with regional execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations within a global, multi-country organization.
• Experience supporting APJ initiatives across India, Singapore, Australia and Japan.
• Strong understanding of country-specific employment practices, compliance requirements, and People Operations processes.
• Experience supporting international growth and expansion, including entity setup/transitions, new-country launches, or workforce expansion.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional, multi-country initiatives and partner effectively with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and People teams.

Responsibilities

• Support regional implementation of People programs and initiatives.
• Support performance management, talent, and compensation processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Manage regional workstreams for high-impact organizational projects.
• Partner with Global Compliance & Infrastructure Lead to operationalize global compliance within APJ.
• Coordinate policy updates and employment-related requirements.
• Identify regional risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead regional workstreams related to entity transitions, workforce expansions, and operational changes.
• Coordinate vendor assessments and regional operational requirements.
• Ensure people processes support business growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and employee experience.
• Drive automation and Workday/process improvements.
