Job summary

EDB, a leader in Enterprise Postgres, seeks a Senior Director, APJ Channels & Alliances to own and scale the partner business across Asia Pacific and Japan. You will lead a regional team of Partner Managers and drive partner-sourced revenue.

You will set long-term APJ partner strategy, shape routes to market, and build joint GTM plans with hyperscalers, SIs, distributors, and VARs, while aligning with global sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise software sales and channels experience.
• 10+ years in channel roles, including 7+ years leading multi-country teams in APJ.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own APJ channel strategy and revenue targets.
• Build and lead regional Partner Managers across APJ.
• Develop joint GTM plans with alliance partners and hyperscalers.
