Job summary

TikTok Local Services is seeking an experienced leader to drive hotel direct-connect and OTA integrations in the U.S. market, coordinating with product, engineering, and business development teams to align priorities and ensure successful launches.

You will own end-to-end partner integrations, optimize onboarding, and push for scalable processes while tracking key metrics to drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years in product operations, partner integration, API operations, or related fields.
• Fluency in Chinese is required to collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional stakeholders based in China.

Responsibilities

• Lead API integration programs for hotel groups, OTAs, and other supply partners from onboarding to launch and optimization.
• Define integration plans with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of workflows.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of hotel direct-connect and OTA integrations in the U.S. market, including go-to-market planning and launch coordination.
• Partner with U.S. business and BD teams to strengthen partner connectivity and improve conversion performance.
• Develop scalable processes and best practices to improve integration efficiency and execution quality.
• Track integration and business metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis.
