Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in chemical engineering or related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/CMO process engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform impact and risk assessments for unit operations.
• Learn reactor design, automation recipes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Maintain processing equipment per Quality System and cgMP standards.
• Model/simulate heat and mass transfer when scaling to plant.
• Engage with HSE, QA, Tech Services, Development, Operations, Automation, Maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory submissions; maintain records.
• Identify quality issues and communicate them appropriately.
• Develop plans and timetables for project work.
