Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Comfortable with software systems integration and API knowledge.
• Enjoys explaining technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead during customer evaluations.
• Run tailored demos and technical walkthroughs.
• Own early customer onboarding and implementation.
