Job summary

Coinme, the world’s largest network of cryptocurrency kiosks in the United States, seeks a Senior API Documentation and Developer Experience engineer to own the technical experience of our platform. You will shape API docs, guides, and samples to accelerate partner integrations.

This role focuses on building quickstarts, reference architectures, and answering partner questions to ensure smooth go-live for signed partners.

Qualifications

Hands-on API skills: read logs, debug a broken webhook, reason about auth, and use Postman.
Strong technical writing that makes complex APIs easy to follow.
Patience for ambiguity as the stack evolves weekly.
Comfort using AI tools to speed up documentation and support.

Responsibilities

Own API and integration docs; keep them current as the stack evolves.
Build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures.
Answer technical questions from partners during sales and builds.
Take signed partners live: intake, provisioning, sandbox, webhooks, go-live checks.
Collaborate with the integration program manager on timelines.
Learn the stack deeply: CaaS ramps, Sequence wallets, Trails, OMSX, bank rails.
Build demos and sample apps for BD to showcase products.
Push learnings back to Product and Engineering about API edge cases.
Automate onboarding and provisioning; use AI to speed up docs and support.
