Job summary

Coinme, the world’s largest network of cryptocurrency kiosks, seeks a senior API-focused contributor to own developer experiences. You’ll refine API docs, craft quickstarts, and answer technical questions to move partners from kickoff to production.

You’ll work with AI tools to accelerate docs, automate onboarding, and feed learnings back to Product and Engineering. Strong API hands-on skills and technical writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on API skills: read logs, debug webhooks, reason about auth, use Postman or similar tools.
• Strong technical writing to document complex systems clearly.
• Comfort with ambiguity as stack and docs evolve weekly.
• Proficient with AI tools to accelerate docs and support.

Responsibilities

• Own API documentation and integration guides; rewrite, fill gaps, and keep current.
• Build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures for developers.
• Answer technical questions from partners during sales and builds, resolving issues.
• Manage partner onboarding from intake to production, including KYB/KYC steps.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed learnings from documentation.
