Job summary

Coinme is hiring to own and evolve our API documentation and integration paths. You will build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures to help partners integrate our stablecoin and CaaS stack.

You’ll answer technical questions during deals and live integrations, ensuring docs stay accurate as the platform evolves. You’ll work with BD, Product, and Engineering to improve docs, automate onboarding, and leverage AI tools to speed up documentation workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on API integrations experience in payments/fintech.
• Strong technical writing to document complex systems clearly.
• Patience with ambiguity as stacks change weekly.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve docs.

Responsibilities

• Own API and integration docs; keep them current and accurate.
• Build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures for developers.
• Answer technical questions from partners during sales and builds.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to improve APIs and docs.
• Automate onboarding and provisioning processes with AI tools.
