Job summary

Highnote is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own our developer documentation, setting the voice and standards for explaining card issuing, acquiring, and money movement to developers. You will join the Developer Experience team responsible for API, SDKs, docs, and design.

You’ll own API docs, collaborate with engineers and PMs, and build AI-driven workflows to keep documentation in sync with the API, while ensuring content remains accessible to a developer audience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across technical documentation and software: writer, docs engineer, or engineer who owned a documentation system.

Responsibilities

• Own API documentation: reference, guides, tutorials.
• Collaborate with API engineers and PMs.
• Set voice, tone, and style of docs and encode it into tooling.
