Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Agency, LLC in Davenport, FL is seeking experienced Direct Service Providers (DSPs) to support individuals under the APD iBudget Waiver. Positions are in-home and community-based with flexible scheduling and adherence to APD documentation standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of paid DSP experience, familiarity with APD programs, and are able to work as 1099 independent contractors delivering person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Two years of paid experience as a Direct Service Provider (DSP)
• Prior experience delivering APD or iBudget Waiver services
• Level II background screening under Florida Statutes
• Completion of APD DSP training (initial and ongoing)
• Willingness to travel to client homes and community locations
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and self-care
• Support community participation and skill development
• Provide supervision to ensure health and safety
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support behavioral and communication needs as outlined in support plans
• Document services in accordance with APD and iBudget Waiver requirements
