Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years paid experience as a Direct Service Provider.
• Experience with APD or iBudget Waiver programs.
• Background screening Level II as per Florida Statutes.
• APD DSP training (initial and ongoing).
• Willingness to travel to client homes and community locations.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and self-care.
• Support community participation and skill development.
• Provide supervision to ensure health and safety.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Document services in accordance with APD and iBudget Waiver requirements.
• Support behavioral and communication needs as outlined in support plans.
