Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care is seeking experienced Direct Service Providers (DSPs) to support individuals in Winter Park, FL through APD iBudget Waiver. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or part-time options and compensation up to $18 per hour based on experience.

DSPs provide hands-on, person-centered support, assist with ADLs, community participation, and ensure safety, documentation, and compliance with APD and waiver requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of paid Direct Service Provider experience.
• Prior experience delivering APD or iBudget Waiver services.
• Background screening Level II per Florida Statutes.
• Completion of APD DSP training (initial and ongoing).
• Willingness to travel to client homes and community locations.
• Classification as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and self-care.
• Support community participation and skill development.
• Provide supervision to ensure health and safety.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support behavioral and communication needs per support plans.
• Document services in accordance with APD and iBudget Waiver requirements.
